    Chest

    Bench Press - 2 sets of 10 @ 185lbs. 1 drop set from 225lbs(6 reps) to 135lbs(10 reps)

    Dumbbell Press - 1 set of 10 @ 80lbs each. 2 sets of 6 @ 100lbs each.

    Cable flies(high setting) - 3 sets of 8 @ 140lbs.

    Seated Decline - 1 set of 10 @ 180lbs. 1 set of 8 @ 270lbs. 1 drop set from 270lbs(8 reps) to 180lbs(7 reps) to 90lbs(10 reps)
